Corruption undermines governance, security, and development. As an organization committed to integrity, ACSTD has zero tolerance for bribery or corruption.
Our commitments include:
No bribes or facilitation payments will ever be offered, solicited, or accepted.
Transparency in operations: All contracts, financial dealings, and procurement are conducted openly, with clear records.
Accountability to donors and partners: We use funds responsibly and in line with agreed purposes, ensuring full traceability of resources.
Gifts and hospitality: Staff and consultants may not accept gifts or favors that could influence, or appear to influence, professional judgment.
Whistleblowing: Staff and partners are encouraged to report suspected corruption confidentially. Reports will be investigated seriously and without retaliation.
By upholding this policy, ACSTD seeks not only to protect its own credibility, but to model ethical leadership in environments where corruption is widespread.
